Whilst Chef Valentina creates a culinary experience like no other, her husband Fabrizio manages the front of house
and is in charge of the delectable wine list.
Chef's inspiration comes from rustic recipes taken from old cookbooks that she then transforms in ideas for the dishes of her seasonal tasting menus.
Fabrizio's role is to complete the experience by choosing the perfect wines to pair with every course created and being in charge of delivering her message to our guests.
Da Noi has for this been included in the Michelin Guide shortly after its opening in 2018. The entry has been retained ever since and this makes them one of the few Italian restaurants in the Guide in the area.
