Adem was born and raised in in Istanbul, and has worked in hospitality since the age of 17. His love of food started in his early years, when he would help his mother prepare and cook family meals. This passion grew over time and led him to work in some of the city’s best restaurants.

In 2019 Adem moved to Chester and shortly after he joined the front-of-house team at Da Noi. He enjoys being involved in creating an authentic experience for the diners and working for such a dynamic enterprise.
