Your favourite Italian Chef is back with her demonstration sessions!

At this event you will be enjoying a three course meal and you will be attending some mini live cookery demonstration from Chef Valentina, a lady who managed to conquer the palates of lots since Da Noi opened in August 2018, bringing her restaurant to feature in the prestigious 2020 Michelin Guide and becoming a finalist for the title of Italian Chef of the Year for England and Wales.

We will serve during the evening:

Da Noi’s Cipolla Farcita (White stuffed onion)
Valentina will demonstrate the key preparation steps of our most loved starter.

Main Course
Gnocchi with wild boar ragu’
Valentina will show how to prepare the best homemade gnocchi and will share the recipe of Da Noi’s legendary wild boar ragu’.

Il Tortino alle Nocciole – Hazelnut cake
Valentina will demonstrate how the mix for this gorgeous little cake is prepared and the secret for a perfect baking of it.

A bottle of wine every 2 people is included in the price (T’s and C’s apply)
